Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a managed service provider.
Fluent in English.
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
Well-versed in the Microsoft Online Platform.
Individuals with the following certifications will be prioritized.
Microsoft Azure Administrator AZ-104.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700).
Microsoft Certified M365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
Microsoft Certified Security, Compliance, and Identity (SC-900).
CompTIA Network+.

Must-Have Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Effective and professional communication skills.
Focus on work in a noisy environment with frequent distractions.
Attention to detail.
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of electronics.
Organized and a team player.
